- Returns
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:
Hair accessories that have been used or altered.
Custom-made or personalized orders.
- Required Documentation for Refunds
To process any refund, you must provide:
A video recording of the unboxing process, clearly showing the condition of the product upon opening the package.
This video is essential to validate claims of damage or defects.
- Refunds
Refunds are only available if the product is damaged upon arrival. If you find that your product is damaged:

Once we receive and inspect the video and the damaged item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if the item shows signs of wear or is not in its original condition).
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after the designated time, please check with your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Contact@ikaicreations.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at Contact@ikaicreations.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at Contact@ikaicreations.com. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
